Forgot Password
If you can’t log in because you forgot your password, you can reset it in just a few minutes.
Simzy uses a secure OTP (One-Time Password) method — similar to Duolingo — to make password recovery fast and safe.
How It Works

Open the App
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.

Enter Your Email
- Type in the email address you used to register.
- Tap Send OTP.

Receive OTP
- Check your email inbox.
- You’ll get a 6-digit OTP code valid for 5 minutes.
- If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

Enter OTP in the App
- Go back to the app and enter the 6-digit code.
- If the code expires, tap Resend OTP to get a new one.

Set a New Password
- After entering the correct OTP, you’ll be asked to create a new password.
- Choose a strong password (mix of letters, numbers, symbols).
- Confirm your new password.

Login Again
- Return to the login screen.
- Sign in with your email and new password.
Tips
- OTP codes expire in 5 minutes ⏱️. Request a new one if you run out of time.
- Make sure your email is accessible on the same device for a smooth reset flow.
- For extra security, don’t reuse old passwords.
- If you created your account using Google or Apple Sign-In, you don’t need a password reset — just log in with your provider.
